Navilo AS ("Navilo", "we") is a Norwegian company developing directional drilling equipment. This page explains what personal data we collect through navilo.tech and what we do with it.

What we collect
Contact and pilot-programme forms. When you send a question or register pilot interest, we receive what you type in the form: name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
Live chat. If you use the chat, we store the conversation and any contact details you share in it.
Site statistics. Our website platform records basic visit information (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from your IP address) to help us understand how the site is used. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy (/cookie-policy).
What we use it for
We use this information to answer your enquiry, run the pilot programme, and follow up on business contacts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), or steps taken before entering a contract when you register pilot interest (art. 6(1)(b)).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions and chat conversations are stored in our own customer-relationship system, hosted in Norway. Email runs on Microsoft 365, so correspondence passes through Microsoft's systems as our email provider. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and pilot-programme records while the dialogue is active, and up to two years after our last contact — longer only if we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal duty to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write to sales@navilo.tech. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
